Perhaps this is still weekend stuff, or because of a 10K run last night - not much change here, but I'll take this in stride for sure and will be interested to see what it means for tomorrow -- big workout planned at the gym today and I have a strategy to eat fruit before a planned Dim Sum lunch with work folks today so that I'm not starving and eat everything I see!
