Wow I did it goal: 120 minutes running on treadmill (5 mph)

Oct 1: Lvl 1 & 2 JM 30DS (19 left) and 1.75 miles treadmill (38.25 left)
Oct 2: Lvl 3 JM(18 left), 2.0 Miles(36.25 left) 5 min run (115 left)
Oct 3: 2.75 treadmill (33.50 left)

Joy: I leave for a business trip this afternoon. I'm afraid the same will happen to me...exercise won't be too bad, but eating may be difficult. All meals will be at restaurants/etc. and I'll be limited in choice. Here's hoping I manage! I won't be posting again until late on Tuesday or Wednesday.
