I decided to do the Leslie Sansone videos again tonight, not because I'm just so motivated now, but because I was cold and wanted to warm up. This is quite a change for me because in seasons past, I always ate in an attempt to stay warm, yet tonight it didn't even cross my mind. Exercising did. Wow!
