I have a "moral" dilemma. I "won" this challenge, but how I won it.... I had upset stomach and nothing stayed in and I barely ate anything all day.

I think I will see if my new low sticks (sometimes it does after a flu)...... and see what tomorrow brings.

I also hope the weight loss sticks so you can claim you won with a clear conscience.

I recorded a small (0.75 lb) loss this morning, which I was pleased to see:
