A lot of my loss was water weight- I'm going to scoot my goal down from where I was before my binge:

I have not updated in a while, sorry. I've been soooo busy.

SW : 145.4 lbs
CW : 144.8 lbs
GW : 140.4 lbs

14/09 : 145.4 lbs
15/09 : 145.2 lbs
16/09 : 145.2 lbs
17/09 : 144 lbs
18/09 : 144.2 lbs
19/09 : 144.4 lbs (Made awesome food and it was too yummy to eat in small amount.)
20/09 : 145.4 lbs (Drinking followed by a three course meal in a good restaurant with my colleagues on Thursday.)
21/09 : 144.8 lbs


Anyone close to winning?
