I'm changing the cardio hours to minutes; that'll be a lot easier to keep track of.

I didn't make my August goal and have a lot going on for September. Goal this month is 850 minutes.

Changergirl Two pounds is great for a trip home! I return home with that much after one night at a bar. Good luck with the challenge. I know how rough it can be getting back into a routine after travel. After a two week vacation I stopped exercising regularly for um over a year. :o

Hey all, I'm a little late starting this month because I was out of town. Last month I hit my goal, but it was hard. I'm going to try and do the same thing but up my walking. I really like how the 30 day shred has helped my body. I can see the muscles in my arms, legs and my butt looks pretty good!
