. I bet Mountain Mama and JazzyPeggy are afraid I am going to snatch this.
It's discouraging since I have been doing so well on food (even erring on the side of too little) and exercise, but my intestines can't seem to function out of their routine. I also felt dehydrated in the last days, so I have been chugging water even at night which does not help for my morning weigh in.
Rome was not built in one day, or a week, or a month and neither will my new body.
