Still OP! Finished second week of C25K today, have been doing strength training with nerdfitness.com, I love that site! I haven't lost much weight, scale bounces up and down but did lose an inch off my waist and half inch off arms and thighs!

I think I may set a goal of getting up to 3.5 miles on my runs by the end of the month, and squeezing in 30 minutes of strength training each week. Baby steps... |
