Alrighty, here it is. I just weighed myself at the gym and I'm using that as my start weight for May 1st. I gained 0.8 lbs since last week but I think it's from water retention due to PMS :/
Start weight: 140.2 lbs
Goal weight: 134.2 lbs
Total loss for the month of May: 6 lbs // 1.5 lbs a week

I'm going to shoot for 8 lbs this month. I know I can do this!
