I'm in too! Better later than never.
Like to hit the 130's by the end of this, so at least 21 pounds, but more would be better as far as I am concerned.
I plan to get there with low carbs and reintroducing myself to my treadmill, elliptical and WII, because I am lucky enough to have them here. I need to use them.

SIGH. I know that I'm building muscle, because my measurements have actually decreased at my hips, arms and bust... STILL, it's a bummer that my scale number hasn't improved. At least I'm not above me starting weight?
No comment on this week! Ok, maybe one, that -1 is from last Tuesday, and I was still the same this morning. Maybe I should change my weigh in day to Tuesday
