JazzyPeggy: I'm still over my max target today for the same reason. My overindulgence on Friday triggered more of the same yesterday. Sigh. What's your plan to get back on track? Mine is that I wrote down everything that I intend to eat today and I expect myself to stick to it!

haven't even been able to get back down to 216. i've been sick for 4 days though, and have little appetite, so maybe this is the kick in the pants my body needs to get through this plateau...

Well, I was a little bummed that the scale didn't show my efforts over the last couple days, but I'm still happy with overall the results.
SW 249 CW 240.1 GW 240 I weighed in at 238.2 on Saturday and have been COMPLETELY OP since, but TOM is approaching so I'm not too surprised it went up (Wednesdays are my official weigh in day). ANYWAYS, I'll take the 9 pounds this month!! :cp: I hope everyone else meets their goals!! |
