I experienced my first gain and then "whoosh" loss due to TOM this past week (in the past I never weighed myself often enough to notice this before. Super happy to realize that I don't need to stress over a little gain as long as I know my eating/exercise is right on).
In the past if I didn't see 5 pounds leave my body each week I would get discouraged and give up after a couple weeks, but this time it's different for some reason.

I've really been struggling this year. Having trouble balancing work, side work, family and myself. I feel like I just keep getting bigger!!! But.. I know what to do.. I just need to stop letting being busy get in the way of getting healthy. I have lost 100 pounds before.. I can do it again.. AND keep it off!!

My 21 day challenge goals are:

1)Do NOT eat after dinner
2)Exercise 6 days a week
3)stay under 2000 calories

So farm so good today!

Way to go everyone!

I'm up to 5 of 25 days below 76.5kgs in February. I'd probably be at 6, but I forgot to weigh myself one morning!
