  • I think I'm going to weigh in on Tuesdays for no real reason than I need to pick a day and today is Tuesday!

    The last 10 days have been odd for me. My weight usually fluctuates a bit daily but last week I had 6 straight days of weighing 192 then I started yo-yoing again, but with fluctuations of up to 4 pounds a day. I haven't really changed anything and it isn't TOM so I'm not sure what's going on. I was down again today and I'm hoping to stay down.

  • OK, it's been another week and I am still 269. All I can say is at least I didn't gain!!
    Current= 269
    April 1 goal= 255.

    This is really going to take more effort. I am going to try to do better this week and get it in gear!

    That's 3lbs down, 13 to go with 6 weeks left? Not looking likely. Maybe I should revise my goal? My weight loss is definitely slowing down, which I suppose is normal. I'll keep it the goal, but would be very happy with 148 on April 1 and finish this by tax day maybe. That would be ironic.

    I was at 294.8 for about a week and it was killing me. And now I have been at 292.0 for about 3 days. But a loss is a loss and I love it all the same.

  • My April 1st Challenge
    April means to me... the start of me shopping for some spring clothes!! My April 1st goal is a 10lb weight loss.

    I am already re-thinking my goal weight. I have only been losing a pound a week and there is only 6 weeks until April 1st. That would put me at 169....
  • After hitting a low of 188.8 on Sunday, I'm up a bit today, but I'll still take it.

  • Is it too late to join? My goal for April 1st, when I started my journey (Jan. 28), was 25 pounds.
    I have lost 17.6 lbs. and would like to adjust that amount now.
    So, I'll say 15.2 lbs. That will get me out of the 250's!

  • Well, I've dropped 3 lbs in 10 days. Not bad. Aiming for another 2 lbs this week. I'm on February break from my job (teacher), but am still working on graduate work. I love break because then I can really get in some good workouts (I tend to be so exhausted after working with 2nd grade students all day), and not grab breakfasts and lunches on the go.
