4.3 miles on the treadmill last night. Mostly walking, felt like i had to keep my running intervals short, because i have lost some cardio conditioning.
But it feels great to be back on my feet.

weeeee.. being a teacher is helping because I include me talking around school as my time 
still behind but catching up!

It's been one week now and I'm hoping to start walking outside this coming week. Hope everyone has a great spring break.
Going to take a lot more walking to get to 750, but I'll try my best!
