  • Went over the 100 mile mark last night. Including some sprints, and the fastest sprint I've ever managed, half mile in 5 minutes. And now my @&#* right knee aches this morning.
    But I am happy to have hit the 10% milestone. Pass the ibuprofen.

    I've been walking outside more, love being outside. No injuries here( get your right knee better soon junem) but have had more advil days, hope my body toughens up soon.

    Welcome Ajlee, you CAN do it. Miles can be accumulated how ever you want to count them. You can walk, Some add straight bike miles, or you can count 15 or 20 mins aerobics = 1 mile, etc. Just keep moving and we'll keep company with you.
