So jealous of you West Coast ladies! I'm in DC and it's freezing here today. Like don't want to get out of your bed cold.

Tomorrow is my official weigh in day and I like to weigh myself first thing in the morning so we'll see. I'll be very happy with a one pound loss. My birthday is on Thursday so I'm going out with some friends tomorrow night...Salsa dancing! I'm super excited!

I'm in a "Race to 30: New Year's Challenge" right now, and I currently have 25 pounds to go til Onederland, which I REALLY REALLY want to be at by New Year's. I'm not sure it is attainable, but I will be trying as hard as possible.

Hello everyone! How did you make it through the holiday? I was in New York with my family and had a great time and was able to stay on plan! I'm down 2 pounds this week and I also started my Power 90 workout dvd this morning. It was only 34 minutes but I was so glad to get started!

ChickieBoom: my holidays were really nice. This is the first year it was more about family than food. I did pretty good, I resisted ALL desserts :)
I did indulge past my calories, but not enough for me to regret it. I'm down to 213 this morning. How's everyone else doing? |
I was 223 on Sunday, which is the big 50 for me! I'm excited to get as close to Onederland as possible by NYE!

I been having a hard time this week.. Omg! I change my diet to collard greens and spinach and I tell you, I could not lose one MOFO pound! Grrrrrrrr! So I ate a salad instead and lard I lost a pound! Wtf
However, I love spinach, so I will eat the rest and eat salad as well. I made it to 198.03oz.. I hope I can make that 197 by Monday! Next week back to my salads and that's it! How are u ladies? |

Hey gals!
What a great idea for this thread. I'm dying to get to 199 by NYE. I've put it off too long. I've been trying to work out five days a week for the past three weeks. I weighed in today and didn't lose anything this past week, but I ate more than usual and only went to the gym three times last week. I commit to going to the gym five times this coming week and eating healthy. I also started doing running/walking intervals on the treadmill. I do cardio and weights for those five days. Split routine in the weight room. Hope everyone else is doing well.. |
