Thanks! My scale is moving slow this week also. One day 189 and the next 190. I think by Monday I might be 188. I am hopping smile If not I am happy I lost one pound! I did go out to eat but I only had salad ! O well.. I also want to look nice for NYE , so if you know any good sites pls list them so I can check them out! Also I want to wear heels, I can wear no more then 5". So, if you ladies know any sites with sexy heels in the 5" range list the site pls! |
I'm supposed to go to the gym tonight but it's not going to happen because my parents are coming to town. I'm going to have to do some crazy last minute cleaning to get ready for them. Fingers crossed.

Happy Monday everyone...so I got on the scale this morning and the needle was just under 200. I'm not going to claim that number until I see it again tomorrow morning but I'm thrilled that my weightlifting seems to be working.
I have my gym bag with me and I plan to do a vigorous workout tonight. I actually downloaded this awesome free app for my iphone that has free daily workouts. I've never tried some of these things before. |
I was 222.4 when I woke up this morning. Hoping for 221 tomorrow post-workout!

I did one of the Brazil Butt Lift Masters videos yesterday and it was amazing. It was a really good sculpting video that used an exercise ball. Just what I'm looking for. I'm going to order mine today.

Ok...so last minute work stuff and Christmas stuff has kept me out of the gym the last couple of days. This is exactly why I should get my workouts done first thing in the morning. No matter. I'm two pounds away from my Onederland by NYE goal! I'd love to make it to Onederland by my weigh in on Saturday morning but I'm trying not to be unreasonable.
