Starting Weight: 230 Goal Weight: <216 October 10/17: 230 10/24: 230 10/31: 228.4 (FINALLY!!! -1.6 :)) Total loss: -1.6 November 11/7: 226 (yay!!! - 2.4!!!) :):) 11/14: 225.8 (-.02) rough week... 11/21: 224 (-1.8) was not expecting this at all!!! yay!! 11/28: 222 (-2) yay! that is 8 pounds so far :):) Total loss: -8 December 12/5: scale break 12/12: scale break 12/19: 222 (scale break over) 12/26: 219.4 (-2.6) 10.6 pounds so far! oooh yeah iv been going through a tough time with my weight loss. spent 2 years loosing 50lbs to put 12 of them back on over the last 8 weeks or so :mad: going go for 19lbs which will put me in the 11 stones which i havnt been since i had my son in 05
