halloween killed me with all the candy. hoping to maintain next week

yay I finally saw some loss! i'm cutting breads and pastas and general complex carbs for 3 weeks, and i've lost 2-2.5 pounds already since Monday :) i've been eating cookies every day this week though :/ and tonight at work i definitely pigged out on some mini-cheesecake squares. ugh! 10 hours of good work-exercise wasted with those like 1000 calories i ate in about 5 minutes! cheesecakes are so my weakness, and when there is an entire room full of leftover catering food at the end of the night, it is hard to say no!! :( :( :( hopefully in the morning the number on the scale isn't a +!

I'm in for this. It sounds like a good semi-long term goal to work towards. My goal is to lose 10kg by Valentine's Day.
Since Valentine's Day is a Thursday, I'll make my weigh-ins for this Challenge the same. SW: 96kg GW: 86kg NOVEMBER 01-96kg 08- 94.3.
