CW: 222 GW: 190 I'm so excited about my progress so far, and hopefully in December I can kick it into a higher gear as I won't have classes or work for 3 weeks over semester break! I can't wait to see my results come Valentine's Day, and I already told my boyfriend he better take me out to a nice dinner so I can buy a nice dress to show off all my hard work! This thread definitely keeps me motivated to keep going every day :D thanks everyone! |
Forgot to weigh in today before I ate breakfast, so I'll do it tomorrow and count it as this week's weight. Whoops.

10/17 - 186.1 10/23 - 187.6 (BOOOOO!) 10/31 - 186.5 November :happ3: 11/7 - 184.5 11/30 - 182.3 my scale break is finally over. i did get up to 186 before i went on it so ive lost about 3.7 lbs in the past couple weeks. im pretty happy because it was thanksgiving week last week and its TOM day 2 right now. congrats on every single lb lost by all of you. its really inspiring! |
@juliastl27: yay! i'm so glad that your scale break worked and you're back on track. i can't wait until i am in the 180s!

10/17- 168.8 (-1.2) 10/24- 168.8 (SAME! UGH.) Tweaking the diet plan, so we'll see. 10/31- 167.2 (-1.6) November 11/7- 167.2 (SAME) Anyone noticing a pattern with my weight loss yet? Blarg. 11/14-166.4 (-0.8) At least it's something! 11/21- 165.4 (-1.0) 11/30- 165.0 (-0.4) Technically this should have been the 11/28 weigh in, but I kept eating breakfast first! Oops. Need to pick up the exercise, but it's so....exercise-y. |
@juliastl27: I'm completely terrified that I gained back the whole 18 pounds that I've lost in the last 3.5 months because I pigged out at work the last 3 days. I'm really psyching myself out right now :/

I've accidentally had a couple of weeks off good eating, but back on it today. My goal was 28lbs by valentines day - just over 10 weeks away, I'm going to reduce my goal to 14lbs, I'd be happy with that, I've got to move and find a job in that time so to me it seems more doable.
Also midway through January, me, my partner and most of his family are going to see Rocky Horror Show, and we're all dressing up! I've bought my outfit, it hasn't come yet but I'm terrified I'm going to look disgusting in it. - but then my partner is going wearing a corset and fishnet tights too so I'm pretty sure I'll look stunning next to him. Lmfao! |
I've decided to take a scale break until my finals are all over. I feel like I depend too much on the scale to tell me how to feel about myself, so I'm not going to weigh-in until Monday the 17th. My goal is to get back on track between now and then and to see great results by that point.

Feeling good today and back on track! Stayed within my calories today and indulged a tiny bit with a piece of chocolate. Feeling like I'm back on track today, and will be in a great place on the 17th when I come back!!
