Thanks for adding my goal to the list gardenerjoy!
I have been logging in my calories on myfitnesspal, it makes such a difference when I have everything planned ahead. No more poorly planned trips to the pantry.....DANGER ZONE!!!
I feel much better now that I am back on track, more in control.
Hope everyone has a beautiful day!!!!

Half-way through the month, and I'm happy with my progress! I've lost 6.4lbs in the last two weeks. With some further thought, I would like to make it to 235 by the end of the month!

9/1 249
9/8 245.2
9/15 242.6

I've been MIA for a little while, but hopefully I'm back! My goal for the rest of September is to track my food everyday and get back under 200lbs. Better late than never I guess!

Great job to everyone sticking with it this summer! You're an inspiration!

Good morning Ladies!
So I was POP yesterday, and got some walking in! I had to battle some carb/Junk cravings last night, but a diet 7-up did the trick.
Welcome back Aniela26!!
Hope everyone has a lovely day!

Did everyone have a good weekend? I'm dealing with minor back pain so it's been a few days since I exercised or got on the scale. But I'm getting back at this today.

Sorry to hear about your back gardenerjoy Rest up, and take good care of yourself. You are the only you you have!

I had a tough weekend because I was at work. They keep chocolate, and home baked goodies in constant supply. I did better than usual, however I did let stress get the best of me once or twice. I still managed to make progress toward my Sept. goal, and so I will count it as a successful weekend with room for improvement. Rome was collapsed in a day!
Hope everyone is working hard, and making progress.

It's that special week of the month when I don't tend to lose anything- but next week should be a big one!

9/1 249
9/8 245.2
9/15 242.6
9/22 241.6

Net loss (3 weeks) 7.4lbs (not too shabby!)

Ailsapearl- that's bizarre. What type of plan are you on? Could it be water weight from the exercise (you're doing a lot of it!) or from your hormonal cycle? Don't give up!

AlisaPearl: is your body telling you it's at goal weight even if your mind is saying otherwise? Assuming all that exercise is building some muscle, I'll bet you look and feel great! Maybe it's time to focus on that for awhile. I've had luck some months by using this thread to set a goal like "20 days under 170 pounds."

Hey girls!

I hope everyone had a good weekend.

I've been super busy, which is why I haven't been on.

I lost 1 lb on my 9/14 WI and last friday (9/21) I didn't WI because TOM had started. So my September loss so far is 4.2 lbs.

I just finished my first week at this new job. I haven't had a job in two years so this is kind of a big deal. I told my mom I am going to take a picture of my first paycheck. My clients are very nice, the work is relatively easy, I just need to get my sleep straight. I've never been a morning person and this waking up by 6:30 to be at work by 9 is killing me.

My internet is going to be off until my first payday so I'll probably check in again next weekend when I go to the library. I also won't be weighing in till first paycheck because I need to buy a new scale. <.<

But I'm being good food wise. I'm not going to stress.

Hope your Monday is as good as a Monday can be!

JasonsLea: cool about the new job. You'll adjust to the mornings, eventually, I'm sure!

My weight's back up again. I think in October I'm going to take the advice I gave AlisaPearl and set a more realistic goal for me right now, like: 20 days below 76.5kgs. We'll see how that goes. When I did it earlier this year, I managed to nudge my weight down slowly over several months.

Kind of amazing how often I get a nice drop in the scale the day after I get on here and complain about it.
