Since there are only 11 weeks left I think I may need to adjust my goal for New Year's day. Was 165.8 changing to 170. That would keep me at a 2lb per week loss. Man I hope I don't have to adjust this again..... :mad:

I'm pretty late but I would love to join! Theres a little over 11 weeks left so I would like to set a goal of 23pounds for myself.

Also I need to work on my night time eating. I seem to always save majority of my calories for late night dinner which sometimes leaves me going to bed and waking up feeling bloated. I need to space out my calories more evenly throughout the day. I'd like to try to getting used to eating majority of my food before 7pm and not any later. It's a start.
