I'm pretty late but I would love to join! Theres a little over 11 weeks left so I would like to set a goal of 23pounds for myself.
Also I need to work on my night time eating. I seem to always save majority of my calories for late night dinner which sometimes leaves me going to bed and waking up feeling bloated. I need to space out my calories more evenly throughout the day. I'd like to try to getting used to eating majority of my food before 7pm and not any later. It's a start. End of Year Challenge
My goal weight for the EOY is 180. I want to be realistic, but I also want to push myself a little... I don't want to slack off during the holidays and lose focus!:nono:
