I want to join in! I just finished the Memorial to Labor day challenge and needed a new challenge to join ;)

9/4- I'm starting a day late, but I need a challenge and this looks like a good place to keep track. Starting weight is 267, and my goal is to be at 230 by the end of the year!
9/10- Down 9lb in one week! That's the most I've ever seen for myself but I did just start back in on the weight loss trend last week so I'm sure a significant amount of it was water weight. Still impressive! id really like to join too! im trying for a lofty goal as well. my original mini goal was to be 175 by NYE, but id really like to see 16 at the beginning of the scale. so.. 169 is my bigger goal! 24lbs

I'm in! This is just what I was looking for. I have already joined Peggy's 21 day challenge (so that some of my behaviors will become habit) and it just so happens that I started a new weight loss program on Sept. 3rd (a Monday). I am also reading 100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle. I had originally set Dec. 11, 2012, (100 days) to reach my goal, but NYE is fine too. Starting weight was 171. I would like to be 137 by 1/1/13, so 34 pounds. That's 2 pounds a week and I think doable!
