Ok, here are my minutes for the week so far...
July 1 = 15min. Yoga July 2 = 15min. Yoga July 3 = 30 min. Walk July 4 = 30 min. Yoga workout and 25 min. walk. Today I have done a 15 min. Yoga routine & and am hoping to fit in a walk - INSIDE! It is Crazy Hot out there!! I hope everyone is staying cool & drinking their water. :cool: |
Woo hoo. July 6-- 80 minutes of moderate swimming with the kiddos. I still plan to do a little cardio at home though. :)

My July exercise goal is low, but I have been off track for several weeks. I babysit all the time, and my kitchen is being remodeled. I haven't had a kitchen sink for weeks now.

Ok... I found my bpm for running again and I'm back to being able to knock out a 5k, even in this weather. I should probably revise my goal, but I'm going to keep it and just exceed the heck out of it!
