This week: Monday= 15 min. yoga Tuesday= 15 min yoga Wed= 15 min yoga Thur= 15 min yoga and 30 min. walk Friday= 15 min yoga Saturday= 15 min yoga and 30 min yoga workout I hope to get in alot more minutes tomorrow to make up for the beginning of the week. :carrot: |
I'm at 2255 minutes for the month, so I'm going for 2400. My average seems to be 80 minutes a day, so I think I can get there.

I got in 2-1/2 hours today so I hit my goal of 2400 minutes.
I'm watching some swimming at the Olympics - these chicks are amazing. I wonder how many minutes they log every month? :) |

7/28-- 7/29-- Goal of 1200 minutes achieved (+22 minutes surplus) :carrot I was not consistent with signficant movement each day.
