Goal for July, 600 minutes.

This week:

Monday= 15 min. yoga
Tuesday= 15 min yoga
Wed= 15 min yoga
Thur= 15 min yoga and 30 min. walk
Friday= 15 min yoga
Saturday= 15 min yoga and 30 min yoga workout

I hope to get in alot more minutes tomorrow to make up for the beginning of the week.

I'm at 2255 minutes for the month, so I'm going for 2400. My average seems to be 80 minutes a day, so I think I can get there.

I got in 2-1/2 hours today so I hit my goal of 2400 minutes.

I'm watching some swimming at the Olympics - these chicks are amazing. I wonder how many minutes they log every month? :)

I was not consistent with signficant movement each day. Still, it's good to have a goal, and with these challenges I feel like I'm much more consistent than I would have been without them.
