Went for a half hour walk last night with my dog. :)

I didn't do very good this week on my exercise. Honestly I'm burned out on the 20 Day Shred. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to do it. So I'm going to step back from it for a while and do something different for exercise. I got out my Wii Fit last night and spent 65 minutes on there doing various exercises. 20 minutes of it was in the Free Run program. I like that one because it makes me feel like I'm going for a run without having to leave my living room. :)

30 Mnutes on the Wii Fit and an additional 30 doing the Wii Fit's Free Run program. Knocked out 4.12 miles on it.

Back from the office gym. I rode the stationary bike today for 10.8 miles during my half hour up there.

Also went swimming with the family for 40 minutes tonight. We had fun! :) No Wii Fit tonight though. It was after 10PM when we got home.

I did a one hour walk on hills Wednesday, and yesterday did housework. I plan to walk or ride my bike tonight. :)

Bike today
30 minutes on the stationary bike. Just starting out here and I appreciate the support.

I rode the stationary bike at lunch for 45 minutes today. We're also planning on going swimming at my mom's house tonight after work! Hooray for burning more calories! |
Today was a great day for exercise! I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, and then swam for 1 hour and 20 minutes at my mom's house after work! :cheer:

Still walking. Did 4 miles last night, 2 miles the night before, 3 miles the night before that. :) My dog is loving this.
