January has been an incredible month for meeting our weight loss goals (so much
RED!), and I think we can be just as successful as a group again in February! It may be a shorter month, but it is THE month for the color
RED , and so I know we're going to make it happen!
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month of February. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned
RED in our goal list!
