I know
it won't always be a lose everyday I kind of got excited last week when I lost almost a lb a day. I know it slows down but I was a little disappointed that I have not lost anything since Friday. I won't give up I know it will start again...Good Luck to all:dizzy:

don't think i'm gonna hit my goal ladies... :(
i started off strong with 3.1 lb gone each of the first two weeks. then i gained 2.4, and this week only lost .2. i'm not over eating, i'm keeping my calories in the range MFP has me to lose 1.5 per week, but i'm starting to wonder if i need to up that or something. i'm exercising like nuts, and eat more on the days i work out. though i'm thinking the strength training might be the culprit. anyway, i might have to adjust my goal from 20lb to 15lb and see if i can make that. |
Don't know what's going on
Since Saturday I have lost and gained the same lb. I am wearing a 14w/16w today instead of 18w/20w but I feel like I am stalled...I am going to relook at what Ihave been eating and see if anything needs to be changed. I am still kepping my goal of 20lbs by Vegas ie Easter

I worked out Mon-Fri this week and it paid off. So happy to be back on track. Hope everyone did well!

I gained 1.2 lbs. It isn't nearly as bad as I thought - hooray for that! Got to celebrate something!

This shouldn't be so frustrating but it is. Honestly, I hate my thyroid. In the beginning of this challenge I am whizzing along losing weight, and then I go into one of the hypo phases and bam! weight loss slows. Frustration!
I guess I need to be like Dori in "Finding Nemo" and just keep swimming, keep swimming.... |

Weighing in today since i wont be able to tomorrow. Im very happy to say i lost 2.5 pounds this week! so far since we started the challenge i have lost 9.5 pounds slow goin but it is goin !!!

I really don't understand why I only lost one pound this week. No cheat days. I even added a day to my workout. Mon- Sat. this week. I am not happy with one pound but I won't give up! 11lbs. down so far for this challenge. Great job to everyone! A Loss is definitely better than a gain! Slow and steady wins the race! :carrot:

I almost made goal. Well, the Easter goal. -2.6 lbs this week. I am back on Atkins full force. So this week's loss was probably a lot of water. I am losing some inches, but I do think this was mostly water. We'll see next week.

fell off over the weekend
Had some stresses last week that turned into carb city which turned into no lose which turned into stresses t yhis week. Time to refocues I know i won't meet my 20lb goal by Vegas (April 16th) so I am now gonig for 180..hope everyone is having a great week

Ladysheets ~ I am just counting calories and exercising. I eat around 1600 calories a day(somedays less) and I am Sweatin' to the oldies 6x a week.

looks like a half pound for me this week. ive had a lot of stress last couple days with a dear friend going to the ER, Makes me wanna eat the house down when i get worried or stressed.awful. I know what im doing when i do it but keep on doing it anyway. Bad girl i know. anyway. im happy considering the week i had. a loss is a loss ! |

I got a new scale yesterday! Unfortunately it puts me at 3lbs more than my old scale(I knew it was off). So I am just updating my numbers here :dizzy:

I have made my goal. I set a new one of 146 by Easter week. And to reach goal weight by June 1. It is SO SLOW. But at least because it is hard, I am hoping it will be a deterrent to gaining it back this time. I have lost 11.4 pounds since 1/29 about 1.2 lbs per week.

Hey everybody,
ive been so busy with the loss of my good friend Marie i havent been able to get on and chat for awhile. ive been really sad too. I lost 3 pounds this week. i was shocked really. Stess makes me eat but i guess i was pretty good at choosing the right things. :) I didnt reach my goal but i am so happy i did as good as i did. Everyone here has done so good i think. Im glad we have stuck together and did this together. I think we should start another challenge and keep on going. anyone up for that?????? Ladysheets ~ here is a :hug: for you. I am sorry you are having to go through the loss of your friend. But kudos to you for having a weigh tloss! That could have gone the opposite way so easily.
I had a 3lb loss this week. I have started a new pattern.... a 1.xlb loss one week and than a 3lb loss the next week.
