Thanks! I really appreciate your encouragement. I've gone through my cupboards and tossed peanut butter-surprised to see added sugar, jelly-duh! , and (slightly) sweetened high fiber cereal- I'm going zero tolerance! There's also a half-eatened chocolate bar that's hitting the trash; I can have Hersey's powdered chocolate that has no added sugar if I need a chocolate fix.
