I'm posting here so i can find it easily. I am going to lose 10 pounds by the end of March. I am going to exercise 30 minutes every day and stop eating sugar-items. No sugar. Yes exercise. That's it. Have to update this every day with how I've done.

Thanks! I really appreciate your encouragement. I've gone through my cupboards and tossed peanut butter-surprised to see added sugar, jelly-duh! , and (slightly) sweetened high fiber cereal- I'm going zero tolerance! There's also a half-eatened chocolate bar that's hitting the trash; I can have Hersey's powdered chocolate that has no added sugar if I need a chocolate fix.
Today was better also, got in my 30 minutes. Did eat some cookies, less sugar than the ice cream that I put back on the shelf. I'm going to start posting on the 'Get Movin' thread on Sundays.....'see' you there.
