Then I made peanut butter granola bars for my fiance and my neighbor brought over homemade foccaccia. I snacked a lot on both, very very not on plan. At least I stopped myself before I went over calories...

Tomorrow: Eat on-plan. (I'm generally following Eat to Live.)

Hey indiblue! I practice IF too. When I needed to lower my blood pressure during a very stressful time in my life a few years back, I followed the plan in Eat to Live. My blood pressure lowered from 140/90 to 110/78 in a few weeks' time during those high-stress months, and I have never, ever had high blood pressure since (and I still have a stressful job... even more stressful than the one I had a few years ago).

11/8- starvation...cravings...not good times but i did make calorie goal
11/9 - not as bad but there are four cupcakes on my counter that are for the girls and they keep looking at me... calorie goal met..cupcake survives for one more day.

hey everyone! I overate at lunch, CRAP. That means 0 point foods for dinner *fruits and vegetables* and a nice long run. Just had to check in and tell you guys that I may have messed up earlier this afternoon, but there's still time to turn it around!!

much love

FassGirl YAY I love IF! I feel so much better when I IF.

aka way to regain control of a day that could have gone poorly. Well done :)

Yesterday (it's already Friday here- sorry if that's confusing!) was PERFECTLY ON PLAN! Wahoo! I post my food in another accountability thread so I won't repost it here, but it was really perfect.

Started today with a 6 mile run and feel great. Ready for Day Two of being perfectly on plan.

aka8941 11-10-2011 10:44 PM

hey indiblue! thanks for checking in. you sound super on top of things, so way to go! That takes incredible self control!

My sister and I went to the gym tonight at our college, and she's like no joke a fitness model, so she's always tough to work out with. Luckily, she slowed down for me and ran my 2.8 mile thing with me, and then we did a little free weights.
It's been a pretty great day. I'm calling today ON PLAN!

FassGal 11-11-2011 04:37 AM

:bravo: aka and indiblue for staying on plan!

Blondie160 11-11-2011 04:54 AM

Nov 7- OP! 1600 calories, Went to the gym for the first time in weeks!
Nov 8- OP! 1600 calories, Intervals on the elliptical while my dinner cooked. Made pancakes from the Dukan recipe for my breakfasts this week.
Nov 9- OP! 1700 calories, skipped the gym BUT still haven't eaten any chocolate...

Nov 7-ON PLAN
Nov 8-ON PLAN
Nov 9-ON PLAN
Nov 10-ON PLAN

Nov 10-ON PLAN but the scale is not reflecting that. Probably because I had a sodium laden LARGE dill pickle last night before bed. It was only 1 point, but those things are bad for you. So the scale reflects it, with a 3 pound spike this morning. Tsk tsk*

The main thing is that you were on plan!! We are good at this! :carrot:

I will stay on plan today by sticking to my points, resting my sore body (from running) and giving it minimal fuel, and by sleeping great tonight.

I loved your cupcake story FassGal. You were so aware of your triggers around you. That's amazing!

Blondie-How did your after work drinks go? I love those...What's your go-to drink that's low in cals?

Indiblue-I hope all is going well, and you're keeping up your strict diet. A 6 mile run is a pretty d*mn good way to start the day!

FassGal 11-12-2011 03:15 PM

Thanks aka! The scale will reflect your good habits. It has happened to me where at first I gain weight, stick to my new habits, and step on a scale a few days later to see that I've lost 5 pounds. Please don't be discouraged and fall off track.

By the way, do you plan to start a new "on track" thread November 15?

FassGal 11-13-2011 07:49 AM

I hope everyone's not taking the weekend off!

Nov 13-BACK ON!@

aka8941 11-13-2011 11:40 AM

FassGal-Yeah I'm going to continue to do this, hopefully I can get more people involved and make the thread a little more 3 dimensional. Any ideas on how to improve it? Or just tweak the concept a little?
