Good Morning
I would love to join the 12 week challenge I just started last Tuesday so my first weigh in is UGH, the day after halloween. Please count me in. I started at 165 and would like to be under 140 in 12 weeks, if possible. Thanks

I am going to be calorie counting and will try to get some exercise done, it will be hard because school gets in the way and have a few exams over the next couple of weeks but I'm hoping to hit the gym at least once a week and walk on my treadmill at home for the remainder of the week

ill be calorie counting also, and for exercise running (looks like mostly the treadmill, its 30 outside already!), biking on the indoor trainer, and if it warms up a bit playing tennis. im going on a cruise in March so I'm going to be working hard this challenge

I count calories and am finishing up the last 2 weeks of C25K. After that I'll be lifting and training for a 10K. I might try a zumba class since I hear so much about it and there's a couple local going.

Can't wait to start.

I put my current weight into the spreadsheet at 153. TOM is in town and I just had a crazy whirlwind week of horrible stress eating (but the good news is that I got my DREAM JOB out of it!)

I weighed in at 120.5 this morning - 0.3lbs down from last week, even with a horrible day of stress eating. I'm going to start 30DS this week while waiting for my Ripped in 30 dvd to arrive - then I'll switch over. Good luck to everyone this week! Go Team Red!

Starting weight this morning was 168.7. I braved the 30 degree morning and ran 6 miles. Gotta keep the momentum going! I'm doing a Turkey Trot 5 miler Thanksgiving weekend...
