  • My WI days are Sundays, so I am going to just use that for the Mondays this challenge falls on. My goal is going to be 212 - my second 10% loss. I hit my first 10% today, so I get a week to get a little bit of a head start before this challenge begins!

  • Count me in too! After a 1 lb gain the first week OP, I am so depressed and frustrated, so hoping to stay as focused as I can and MAYBE see a drop in the scale at some point!

  • Since Sundays are my WI day, I'm using today's weight to start off this challenge. I had a good week - down 3.2 for 231.4

    So now my goal of 212 (my second 10%) is less than 20 lbs for the 10 weeks. I'm not going to change it yet, but I'm hoping that I will reach my initial 212 goal before the challenge is over and get to something below 210 by the end of the challenge.
