This challenge will start August 1 (or your closest weigh in to that), and go until October 10 - so ten weeks to get to 10/10!! And you can make your goal 10 lbs if that fits your plan.

My WI days are Sundays, so I am going to just use that for the Mondays this challenge falls on. My goal is going to be 212 - my second 10% loss. I hit my first 10% today, so I get a week to get a little bit of a head start before this challenge begins!

Since Sundays are my WI day, I'm using today's weight to start off this challenge. I had a good week - down 3.2 for 231.4
So now my goal of 212 (my second 10%) is less than 20 lbs for the 10 weeks. I'm not going to change it yet, but I'm hoping that I will reach my initial 212 goal before the challenge is over and get to something below 210 by the end of the challenge.
My goal is to get under 130... for the first time since I was a child... an overweight child. =P I'm so excited!
