welcome everyone!!!

I will also be challenging myself to stay on plan for 10 weeks. You can add or not add anything you want besides the number on the scale, like exercise, avoiding sugar, drinking enough water, etc.

Hope everyone is getting off to a great start - I've got a 7 year old kid, so back to school time always feels like the start of a brand new year for me, and a good time to start off with a renewed commitment to this weight loss journey.

It does feel like a new year when school starts up again. I have a 6th grade son and two 1st grade daughters. We all go to different schools and all have different start times though. The girls and I go back at the end of Aug., but my son does not start until after Labor Day.

hope everyone is doing well - we are getting close to the end of Week 1. I'm hoping for a good WI this week as I'm looking to get my 30 lb chickie AND get into the 220s!
