Well still no TOM and I'm at 37 days now. Doc gave me lots to think about. Think I am going to start aking Tomoxafin (cancer prevention drug) and see how tha goes. It could bring on menopause or symptoms. Heck..I may be there already. Than after tryign that we talk about ovarie removal..true menopause there. We shall see how this goes.
Don't seem to be losing any weight but then my hormones are obviously severely out of whack. Time will tell.
Weigh in today and I lost 4.4 lbs! Down to 218.4. Goodbye 220s!
W- 80oz (I had a bad day yesterday and didn't get any water in)
E- light weight lifting, 1 mile walk
E- Get back to eating more vegetables
D- To finish decorating my house for Halloween.
W 100 oz, not so good with that yesterday, up .4 this am....
E Going to resume my lunch walks today, also starting W3 of C25K tonight, took the weekend off to allow my old knees recovery time

D- Stretch (my left inner thigh is a little strained so trying to take it easy)
215 pounds...that's my mini goal. It's 3.4 pounds away.
Sorry I've been absent for a few days, long weekend - I don't think I was even on the computer at all. Up two pounds, probably water weight because my rings are really tight but nonetheless need to buckle down again. My mom's coming for a visit Wed, and I'm counting down the days until I go back to work...boo. Hope everyone's having a great day!

Will be none til at least Monday. Fell down some mossy wet stairs last night while showing a house, very very sore today. Lots of obligations this WE so walking will have to be enough
Pulled an inner thigh muscle and feeling generally blah so didn't get my w3d2 run in. Still managing to get in about 15 min of cardio a day but it's not that intense. 2 day of poo is not so bad but I need to get back into.

Hey I got a few workouts in this week. Eating right and of course...gain weight. That seems to be my story. TOM is non-existent and I feel that is messing things up. BIG TIME!! Learned that an IUD may cause TOM to just stop. HHMM??? Is that what happened??
