ItsMyTurn - It sounds like a victory to me - woohoo! By the way, your posts about the arm circles prompted me to do some yesterday while I was doing some other body weight exercises... those big ones burn! I like them. :D ange82much - Awesome job! I KNOW you can make those other 3 lbs happen this month. Wouldn't it be awesome to not just meet your goal, but exceed it? I love that feeling of having done even better than I hoped. :) Loli - No problem, and good luck to you through the rest of your journey! I unexpectedly had a big whoosh on the scale this morning... I'm not sure why or how it happened, but I'll take it! I am going to fight fight fight these last 3 lbs to get to 100 lost... and then work to get out of the "obese" category after that! Very excited!!!! Although I started this journey on Wed following a 30-Day meal plan doing day 1 on Wed I weighed this morning and I have lost 3 POUNDS!!!!! :carrot: I can’t believe I lost that much in this short time since the meal plan requires me to eat 4meals( that I don’t consider small) & 2 snacks. Today is Day 3 of the meal plan.:D

WooHoo!! Scales still on a downward trend! Another 2lbs off for me:D So that's 4.5lbs gone since the first :D Nearly halfway through my September goal:D

My weight jumped up over the weekend (just some water weight) and this morning it's back down again. :dizzy: I am hoping for a nice drop this week, as this Sunday will mark 8 months since I started this journey and I *really* want to be at 180.something by then! How did the weekend go for everyone else? |

Ange, thank you! 4 lbs in 2 weeks is fantastic though! And especially considering the weight you're at right now - you're already lower than I am even hoping (praying) that I can get to someday. When I'm closer to goal I'm hoping that I can still even get a pound off each week - the 2 lbs/week you're achieving is a phenomenal rate of loss!

hey everyone, computer wasnt working for a few days but thank God its up and running now. I am going to weigh in on tuesday (fingers crossed). I been eating on target and excerise so-so. Got to work on this! Congrats everyone still in the fight!

So far I'm down 4 lbs... I've been doing good at staying within my calorie limit, but the last few days I've been busier and haven't exercised as much as I want to. I know being busy is an excuse...
anyway, i did the side bends, and now challenge ange82much and chickiechicks to do 10 squats. |
