I'm under Dr.'s orders not to exercise until I get the results of some bloodwork back... sigh. I'll be back to it as soon as I can though. :)

its been over a week since ive checked in! ive been working out. but not as much as i a) wanted to or b) enough to meet my challenge goal.
ive completed 15 shreds now. and done 4 days of hiking and yoga. i suppose if i shredded twice a day til the end of the month, i could complete the goal. but the likelihood of that is slim. but i will say im eating much better still and im seeing the lbs come off. so thats all good. |
