Whoa caramelkitty & Blondie160! Congratulations on the losses! I'm not weighing in today because I'm not working so I don't have access to the scale at my hospital (which I find to be so much better for weighing), so I won't know my losses for this week until I go back to work on Monday. I've had two bad days this week so I'm hoping I didn't ruin my progress so far. I'm back on plan as of today though!

Hi All! I weighed myself this morning and was down 2lbs. Not too shabby but I do think I'm going to go more off of inches lost than weight because I measured as well this morning and I've lost 2 inches on my hips and 1.5 on my waist :carrot: I did the first day of the 30 day shred last night and I actually was pleasantly surprised with Level 1, I barely had any issues getting through it. In fact, I actually did Level 2 right after and I'm not that sore this morning! I think it helped a lot that I was doing the circuits on my Julianne Michaels online membership since I signed up because those are KILLER. I'm really looking forward to seeing the changes in my body in 30 days!

Blondie160 I reallly like that quote and it is definitely motivation for me. My boyfriend said it best when he said "I'll believe it when I see it, because you've said you were going on a diet and exercise program for months now and you've stuck with nothing!" (let me just say the boy must be blind because he actually thinks I'm sexy just the way I am and doesnt want me dieting but I'm not happy with myself which is why I want to change) But he is right, if I had just stuck with a program back in January, even if I was losing very slowly I would most likely be near or at goal at this point and I regret it tremendously. Time to continue suffering the pain of discipline :)

Imb2387 I agree with u .. Same here had I stayed on plan since January I'd be celebrating the new me by now but one things for sure is that we decided to do this and we will :) good luck to you all! Xo

Brown I wouldnt worry too much i'm sure it'll fly back down in no time! :)

I ate so much cucumber I actually feel like i'm going to throw up.

My stomach shrank so much I can barely eat any food, and I never make my calories anymore. It's getting hard to eat.

Im not having a great time at the moment! caramelKitty you have seen my SlimFast thread, I dont think Im gona take this approach because the shakes have ALOT of sugar and carbs in them! I am going to try meal replacement shakes using whey protein shakes instead for a little while to stop my uncontrollable eating! I just gota wait for it to be delivered!
How are you all doing?

For some reason, I lost 5lb in the first week and now i'm either stalled or gaining, it's ridiculous, i've changed nothing, except i dont have any appetite anymore, so i cant make my calories and im scared @#$@#$ that I may have entered that dreaded "starvation mode"....

Hopefully I can break free. I must say though, that I measured some inches, and I am doing pretty good.
My measurements before I started were 40-35-45 and now they are 38-31-43
So I'm on a good path I guess, the scale can be rough, maybe try measuring? :)

Hey Ladies, sorry I haven't checked in this week. I'm in the same boat... I'm stalled out. Last week I pushed down to 197 for a few days. It was solid. Then I spent the weekend at the IL's and now I"m stalled out. I went off IF but stayed well within my calorie budget. I'm stuck at 199-200 and no amount of water is getting it to budge. I too am having trouble meeting my calories and I'm starting to feel a bit rough about it. My dang husband brought me a cupcake from a new shop in town yesterday... I ate it because a) it was a thoughtful gesture
b) it looked like heaven and was strawberry flavored and...
c) I am feeling bad for myself and thought that a little sigar overload might kick my butt into gear or something.

I managed to fit it into my budget but I did not feel good after eating it.

So... Today is a new day, hopefully I can kick this body into gear and get back to where I was or better...

You know I go on the July daily weigh-in as well and have noticed not many girls are having a great loss this week, I'm just gonna blame it on the full moon! LOL

amberjae I feel you!! I actually bake cupcakes for family and friends birthday parties and stuff, so everytime I make some, I'm honestly DYING inside. Just dont feel bad for yourself, I'm sure if we keep working hard and doing our best with the diets, we're going to see the scale follow as well.

It's just so freaking hard not to get unmotivated!

Girls when I have stalled I do a short burst of HIIT on the elliptical, it does wonders just 20mins! Or you kno the extra calories from that cupcake may help your stall and make you start losing again!

I'm gonna do my HIIT tonight turns out I was doing it wrong loollll oops!! And I bought weight in the meantime till I can afford my home gym so I'll do some squats and lunges :) might as well work on the muscles if I'm stalled lol

Amberjae I went back down to 183.8 but its not good enough, I have litterally not lost a pound since last week. Bleh :( Maybe 5lb in a week was too much for my body to handle! lol How are you doing on this 15lb challenge?
