Hello Hello all! Looks like lots of new people this month :D Good luck everyone!!

So happy we have some sunshine finally! Super happy to get outside hope I can add lots of extra minutes with the dogs & walking to & from baseball with ethan :carrot: Yay for sunshine!

May Goals are:
600 mins of cardio, 600 mins of strength & walk the dogs 5x a week

So far so good. Today was the first day of my new exercise regime and I manged to get through it, though the last fifteen minutes were not the best. I managed a solid 30 minutes of weight/core training and 30 minutes of cardio on the exercise bike.

Tomorrow, I intend essentially the same (elliptical as opposed to the bike), but I also hope to finally make it to a kick-boxing class. I'm a little intimidated by the thought.

1 spring cleaning & errands no workout :( but accomplished lots :D
2 Biggest Loser dvd 50mins (cardio max, Power sculpt bootcamp, womens sculpt, cardio max-women) 329cals & 40min walk with dogs 222cals

Happy May everyone!!!

For this month I would like to get in five workouts each week. I usally workout for at least a hour but there are times when I dont. I do a variety of things from weights to classes at my gym. My other goal is to get a workout in on the weekend no matter what it is! I always slack on weekend:(

5/1 20 mins stair climber
5/2 30 mins elliptical

5/2 10 min of WATP, then my back started to complain:( Today I'm going to shoot for two 10 minute sessions. Baby steps...

1) 30 minutes of running with the dog at the park (Gosh! She likes to run!) :running:
2) Insanity Workout: Cardio Power & Resistance; 30 minutes of brisk walking and calithenics. :exercise:
3) Insanity Workout: Pure Cardio; 45 minutes of brisk walking and calisthenics :workout:

5/4: 60 minutes Zumba; 20 minutes rowing machine; 10 minute climb on the treadmill

I did take the dog on a 3 mile walk, but I'm not going to count that towards my goal. I realllllllly want to make an effort to get to the gym more.

1. C25K 3 days/wk (with DS :)..he's still enjoying it!)
2. 30DS 1-2 days/wk

1st May - Nothing
2nd May - Nothing
3rd May - walked the dogs 80mins, cardio workout 30mins = 110mins

After a shaky bank holiday start, I hope to be onto it from here on in!
