I lost .2 from last week, but am still up .6 for the challenge. I did WW Point Plus last week, but I am going to lower my allowance this week, and see if I do better.

I've been having great success with WW - 23 pounds in 10 weeks. I eat all my dailies and probably half my weeklies every week. I don't eat any of my AP's. |

Wow, SMS- if that's the case then sign me up for a childcare job! LOL Congrats on your 9lbs, :crossed: hard that you're still in the 260s next week, girl!
Jazzy- I thought the same thing as Lisa when I first read your post, glad to hear that isn't the issue. Yea, I read a few posts where people cannot touch their weekly allowance just to see a decent loss! Today's weigh in is 191.2lbs, about 1.2lbs less (192.4) than I was when I left for vacation on May 18th so not too bad but I gotta get my butt in gear if I want to make goal!! Have a great day, y'all!!! |
Yay!! 213.4! That's down 2.6 from last week!
|
Whoo-hoo, Sarah!!! :carrot:
|
That's excellent!! Congrats! :cheer:

Thanks!! To celebrate I decided to put my favorite stretchy maternity jeans away, now that my regular pants button and zip. I still have a muffin top but it's not terrible if I wear my c-section binder. What's funny is that these were my "fat" pants and they fit me just fine when I was at 235 before I got pregnant. Now 22 pounds lighter and they're so snug, but at least they "fit" now!!

Nice! That's a NSV for you, Sarah with your stretchy maternity pants and regular pants. I kind of have the same problem with one pair of jeans, I think it's because of my lower stomach- I didn't have the slight overhang when I was the same weight back in college. Oh well, c'est la vie.

I'm thinking of changing my weigh-in day to Tuesday... or maybe even twice weekly. I get to about 4 days OP and want so badly to see my progress "officially." Plus my knitting night is on Tuesday nights and while I eat healthy (we meet at various local restaurants) it's still usually full of more sodium than I'd like the night before my WI. |
Down 2 pounds from two weeks ago (I didn't weigh myself last week)

Good Morning Everyone!
Happy to say that I'm down 3.5lbs this week. I re-evaluated my calorie balance and am happy to say I saw a good bump this week when I've been seeing only 1-2lbs for a while now. I look forward to everyone else's check in :) |
Morning everyone; hope everyone's enjoying this weekend!
Congrats to Julia & K3ll3y :cheer:! I hope everyone is chugging along. (It's a long time until Labor Day!) This week is absolute proof that there is no ryhyme or reason to weight loss. I lost a whooping 4.2 lbs this week, doing pretty much what I've been doing all along - same calories, same water, same workout, no TOM factor. I'm not complaining!! Just wish I could crack the code. :dizzy: I do have one theory - now that I don't feel so big and overwhelmed and just plain down, I'm getting out and about more. So, there's extra activity built into my day that wasn't there before. Yesterday, DH and I walked to the lake; he fished and I sat on my butt and read. Last summer, I would have sat in the house while he went. It was just a mile walk, so that wasn't responsible for 4 lbs, but I think it's a general lifestyle change. .4 lb more and I'll hit 20 lbs lost; I am a happy camper. Thank you all so much for the motivation and for listening to my ranting. Hope you all have a great week! |
Way to go, Julia, K3ll3y and RMC!!! That's wonderful!!!
Still OP for most of the weekend aside from the captain morgan and diet coke/zero drinks last night at my pool party, lol. I'm gonna be real busy for the next 2 weeks since I've gotta pack the whole house- am moving to southern Illinois at the end of this month, gahhh!!!! lol. Hope all had a good weekend so far! :) |
