I'll join too. I'm in the process of training for a half marathon which is three days after St Patrick's day so I'm hoping to be in really good shape by then. My current weight is 137, I'll set a goal of being no more than 125 which is my goal weight. My weight loss not go as planned with all my running and eating more- we shall see. Watch this space! :) Good luck everyone!

So I have been wallowing in TOM-ness, but its finally over! But not after I had a super meltdown to my band last night. Being a front woman is very mindcrushing sometimes. Being a front woman who needs to lose weight can be even more stressful.

Our Lady - You are awesome! I love that you found an awful dress that turned out to be a great goal dress. And it looks like you are making some great progress.

Cosmicgal - keep up the work. We are all behind you and we know you can do it! A one pound loss is definitely a loss. And it should be celebrated!

Jomatho - I know exactly how you feel with TOM. Just remember to be as on point as you can. TOM will end, and then you will be so happy with the results!

I had made a response to everyone last night but I guess something got in the way of me hitting reply because it obviously isn't there! So a truncated version is, WELCOME to all the newbies and WAY TO GO for everyone else! :D:D

I'm going to be more of a cheerleader here I guess because I've made a promise to myself that I will not be weighing in until Feb 28th! I recently had a revelation that I have totally been underestimating the amount of calories that I am having each day (full blurb if you're interested). So now I will be tracking my calories to make sure I'm on the right track and focusing on my strength training and other phsical activities.

I'll be guaging my success by how I feel and how my clothes fit until I do an official weigh in on feb 28th to see if it's working as well as I am confident it will! I just want to separate myself from the number on the scale as I feel that the way it has been going I will not be happy with my progress until the scale shows me that I'm allowed to. :p

Current size: too tight :p
Goal: increased energy and to get back in my smaller jeans!

I like that idea very much Prepping. I don't think I will be posting my weight every day, but I do end up weighing myself everyday because I use my Wii to track it.

I am sure you will be back in the smaller jeans in no time.

Good plan :) My birthday is March 31st and I have a goal of 20 pounds lost.. so, St Pattys day, 15 pounds lighter would be right on track!! here it goes!!

Starting weight- 223
Goal weight- 208

I way in on Thursdays so Ill start keeping track there.

Down half a pound at WI last night. I know I'm doing everything right so I am going to keep on trucking and add in some activity.
Started Jillian's 30 day shred today. HOLY CRAP is it hard.
SW: 230.4
CW: 229.8
GW: 215

Also adding a new goal: only get weighed at WW. No more weighing myself several times a day or being happy if I get a lower number or depressed if I get a higher one. I can't control how fast the weight comes off, I can only control my behaviors.
