My goal is to have arm muscles. My arms have looked awful since I've had to give up my gym membership. Hopefully Jillian's DVDs will whip me into shape.

I would like to join in! Memorial Day is a great end point for me. The start of my summer break and I want to be at goal and loving it!

I just weighed today and I'm 154.4 lbs. I want to get to 138 lbs., running my little heart out and toned!

We can do this! This will be a great summer.

hey decapulet...the last time I tried C25K it was an utter failure, and I was in much better shape then than I am now. I've decided to get to a point where I can walk 5 miles at a quick pace and then try the interval program again.


I did my 2 miles last night, and I'm thinking I'll go for 3 tonight....and weights.

We have alot of similaritites. I lost 58lbs then put on about 15, but I am back and excited to be losing again!!!

I know I'm a little late but I'd like to join, please!! I am currently at 239.0 and my goal for Memorial Weekend is Onederland!! I'd even be happy with 199.9 ..... just in the 100's somewhere!! It would make bathing suit shopping for our camping trip a little easier to swallow. I always dread that day ~ LOL

I'm in, I need a challenge to continue after my Valentine's, 2011 BL (RED TEAM), and Easter challenge, and now Memorial Day . . .

hmmmmmmm . . . 19 weeks and I have 37 lbs to go . . . .

OK, my goal for this challenge will be to REACH MY GOAL . . . it may be a bit of a stretch but it should keep me going and on track!!!

Let's go girls!! (Can you say BIKINI!!!) How often are we weighing in? what day???

I'm in. I've been doing pretty good and hope to stay motivated. My goal is to lose 42lbs. Its alot but I'm really going to push myself.

I'd like to join. I would like to lose 40lbs by memorial day. I don't know that I'd be in a big hurry to go and buy swim wear but I would definitely be well on my way.

I got in a 3 mile run and I've been eating healthy. Had a tangerine as a snack. Had some tilapia for lunch.

Ok, after some thinking, I've decided on a way to track goals - a real simple way i have picked up from the wonderful threads on 3fc :)

Just log in where you are for the given Sunday:

Goal: be rid of 40 lbs!

1/16: 258.6
1/23: 257.0 (-1.6)
1/30: 255.8 (-2.8 total)
2/6: 253.7 (-4.9 total)
2/13: 249.0 (-9.6 total)
2/20: 249.0 - no change
2/27: 249.0 - no change
3/6: 248.0 - 1lb, (-10.6 total)
3/13: 243.2 - 4.8 (-15.4 total) from my original weight of 270 - this is my 10% GOAL!!!
3/20: 243.0 - .2 (-15.6)
3/27:
4/3:
4/10:
4/17:
4/24:
5/1:
5/8:
5/15:
5/22:
FINAL WEIGH IN: 5/27 or 5/29:
