Unless I move in to the gym, I'm totally not meeting my goal this month. But I am proud of myself for doing what I can while trying to shake this 2 week cold that sat me out for 3 days and having a hurt foot. Years past I would have said screw it and given up. I have 3000-something miles so far towards my 9,900-something miles for the gym's challenge. Over 1/3 way there and still over a month left for it. I time my strength training for that though.

Yesterday, I worked quite a bit on getting the house more organized/cleaned and didn't do formal exercise, but my bedroom looks incredible! ;) Today I'm going to take my girls for a walk (no school for teacher inservice), pulling them in the wagon and go to the park. That's a good work out! I'm hoping to get my rear in gear and get my formal ST started too.

I've done awfull the past couple days, the closest to exercise I've had has been cleaning ans shopping :/ Buuuuut, I'm starting a Zumba class a fair few miles away from my hometown and hoping that after a while I'll have the courage to start the class in my hometown too :) (I have a friend in the other town who wants to start Zumba with me but cannot afford the travel to where I live so I'm beginning there first :))

Ms Perception 10-16-2010 11:03 PM

Hey ladies! Yesterday I did no get any strength training in, but I did go for a walk pulling the wagon with alternating the kids in it. I also, did the 7 acre con maze at the pumpkin patch where we alked and ran around chucking corn at each other for about an hour and 15 minutes, then did the bounce house with my kids...holy cow! That bounce house was quite a workout! Like nothing I've done in a long time. I was seriously out of breath when I got out!! It was a blast though and the kids LOVED having me in there with them! So fun!
