Decided to shake things up a bit and get off my treadmill for exercise today. It was so nice I wanted to be outside. So I hand raked the backyard!! I have a few blisters but it was worth it! I was drenched in sweat!

I need to update this more often, I believe I was on the treadmill on the 8th and the dog walk and the wii on the 9th. Friday was a scheduled run day so I should have ran but I just can't remember for sure :(. How should I count this???
