Are there going to be regular weigh ins/check ins? I really want to join, but my weight loss lately has been slow...But I see others with about the same amount or more to lose, so maybe I should just go for it? Yes, I will go for it!

Weekly weigh-in!
222.9/-1/221.9 Not the 1.4 loss I need to stay on track or the enormous whoosh I was dreaming of, but a loss nevertheless! I did great staying on track all week with both exercise and food. But I'm probably going to totally blow it on my mini-vacation today and tomorrow which will involve pizza, wine, a hot tub, a pool party, a cookout....and lots and lots of fun! I'm not going to fret about it, though, because I really need to relax and enjoy myself. Hope everyone else is doing well with the challenge. We're not a very chatty bunch, are we? :) |
