- happy to see the scale is going down! last night, i was hungry, and really wanted bread with aubergine curry, but i resisted! so i just had aubergine curry with yogurt. as i know that if you eat food that will release insulin before bedtime, than you lose those hours during sleep when your body is burning fat. so seeing the scale go down this morning, reinforces that i made the right decision, even though it was hard!


I'm big on my daily weigh ins, too. Keeps me accountable on a daily basis, all that good stuff! hat just reaffirmed my belief that I'm doing the right thing for me.
