I'm in!!!

I want out of the 200's all together by August 1st it's a bit of a stretch I know but I really think if I put my mind to it I can really do it.
Anyway last Friday (26th June) I was 241lbs, I won't be able to weigh myself again till tomorrow till I get a new scale, the scale at the gym said I was 224lbs, but I think that is near impossible so I'm going to check when I buy my own scale tomorrow
My personal rules are:
No eating before 7am and after 7pm
Drinking water, coffee and fruit juice only
1,200 - 1,500cals per day
exercise at least three times a week
