Ok, so I'll join.
My birthday is July 1, so I'll weigh tomorrow morning. My goals for June~~ *lose 10 lbs-doable for me if I really stick with it *start doing some form of exercise at least 3X week. Right now it's basically nothing. I have, for the most part, a sit down job, but I could walk on a break or do something with one of the shows on Fit tv. *instead of that afternoon cuppa coffee w/reg half n half, I'll have a cuppa green tea. This is a biggey for me. I love my coffee! I'll post my weight in the morning!! |
My mom visits me in July and last time she saw me I was approx 150 lbs! I hope to be closer to 130 by the time she sees me!
CW: 138.0 lbs mini-GW: 130.0 lbs Have to work extra hard because it's so much harder to lose now. :D |

My goal is to hit 200. I set it kind of low (low if you've seen the goals I have previoulsy made for myself) because toward the end of this month I will be out of town for a good 2 weeks so I am giving myself a little room for error just in case.

Okay, so I'm joining just in time for june to start! :P I'm 16, so my goals may differ a bit.
1. Keep the living room clean, because a clean living space is a clear mind. (IMO) It helps me be relaxed and think clearly when I'm not surrounded by clutter. 2. Track my food daily. 3. Eat healthy 98% of the time! 4. Lose 5-10 lbs. 5. Drink at least 4 cups of water a day. 6. No soda all month. |
I've given myself a maximum of 8 weeks to lose 20lbs, so by the end of June I want to be at least 10lbs down.
I'm going to have to be super strict with my calorie counting, I'm aiming for an average of 1200 cals/day. I've been really overdoing it on stodgy carby food recently so I want to increase the amount of fruit and vegetables I'm eating and also try to get more protein in my diet. I would also really like to work on my binge eating this month, it's not a huge problem at the moment but I'm really worried it could become one so I want to nip it in the bud! |

Hey all! Welcome to all who have joined us for yet another monthly challenge!! I'm looking forward to June, though it will be absolutely FILLED with food challenges. It starts this weekend with a camping trip, then having the kids home once school is out after this week. The big one, however, is the Alaskan cruise and related trip DH and I taking from the 21st-30th. I hope to continue making the good choices I've been making the last several days and see my weight fall into place and that I'll be so encouraged I won't want to mess it up. I guess we'll see, won't we!

I ready for a brand new month :carrot: I weighed 257.4 this morning and my weight loss goal for June is 8 lbs. The holiday cookouts went good & I managed to stay OP. The only big social event I have coming up is on 12th. Hopefully I can plan ahead for it and not get sidetracked. Hope all you ladies have a good month & meet your goals! |
