Hey, question for those who have gotten close or met goal...
For me, the first 65 pounds came off like gangbusters, but this last 20 is a throw-down, drag out, hair-pulling cat fight. Was this your experience too?
May I join you? I lost 20lbs in the fall and stayed OP until Christmas Day. But now find the weight creeping back on. I need a little motivation. This may be just the thing.
I'm a little late to start this, but I did weigh in Monday and tried to get back on plan. So I will post my Monday weight since it was the first day of this challenge. Let me know if that isn't the right thing to do.
Coming back down . . . gotta get it back below my ticker weight before Monday (my official weigh day) so I don't have to change my ticker (the wrong direction).
SW: 247.4
CW: 244.8 (-2.6 too bad I gained weight first)
GW: 242.4
Hooray, finally down... now if I can just get back to where I was when the last challenge ended!

cher - I think it depends on where your body wants to be/where you set your goal. I expected my last 10-20 to be difficult, but as I neared my original goal of 161 it wasn't any harder. BUT, now I've changed my goal... and after I dropped below 160, it's been a fight I tell you! I also agree with robsia, exercise is definitely more fun now!
