    I need a challenge for April, so here's mine

    1. loose 10lbs
    2. rpm class twice a week

  • my goals for April:

    1. lose 12 pounds (which would put me at 164ish)
    2. try one new healthy recipe
    3. do crunches 2-3x a week

    my weigh-in days will be thursday, so i will post again then......
  • April Challenge
    My goals for April will be

    1. SW 235 GW 220 Trying to push hard for the whole 15 cuz my 20th wedding anniversery is the 27th of April.

    2. Only get on the scales on thursdays ( this one is HUGE for me I am a scale addict)
  • Hey! I need to get back on the wagon after taking a bit of a break and what better way than to join the challenge. My goal for the month of April is to go weigh 235, only eat at restaurants for dinner on Saturdays and to workout 5x a week.
  • I doubt I'll make my 175 goal for March but I'm not too far away, so my goal is 165 by the end of April.
  • My goal is to get to 114 by the end of the month. That's 4 lbs. It's a lot and it may be unrealistic, but I'm going to shoot for it, as it doesn't allow for any slip ups, which I think is why I missed my March goal by 1 lb... too many slip ups.

    So glad to see lots of new "faces" here and I'm looking forward to everyone increasing the encouragment and accountability here. Iron sharpens iron...we'll all help each other reach these goals and make this month count!

    I'm on day 2 OP. Not super impressive, but every day matters. If I can string enough of these suckers together, I'll reach goal this month! The kids have the next 5 days off school, so it'll be a challenge to have snacks/food out more. Then there's Easter dinner at DH's grandma's. Food is fuel, not for entertainment purposes...gotta keep reminding myself!

    My goal for this month is to lose 7.2 pounds.

  • Ok, so...
    I'm ending March at 227, so I will need to lose 12 lbs this month for goal! Wish me luck!
